The short version
- pump is free to play, with ads. There's nothing to buy.
- The "cash" in the game is pretend money. It has no real value. You can't buy it, sell it, transfer it or cash it out, and you never win real money.
- Your progress is saved in your browser. If you clear your browser data you'll lose it.
1. Who we are
pump is made by Dusty Lamp Studios ("we", "us"), based in Ontario, Canada. Contact: contact.dustylampstudios@gmail.com
2. The game
- The game is free. You don't need an account.
- Everyone gets the same balloons each day. Each balloon's breaking point is set in advance and is the same for every player; it isn't changed based on how you play or whether you watch ads.
- In-game cash, items, skins, stages, upgrades and power-ups are part of the game only. They have no monetary value, aren't your property, and can't be exchanged for money or anything outside the game. There are no prizes.
- Your scores, streak, wallet and settings are stored on your device. We can't recover them if your browser data is cleared or you switch devices.
- Please don't try to hack, cheat or disrupt the game.
3. Ads
pump shows banner ads on its screens, including below the controls while you play. Ads never cover the balloon or the buttons. See the Privacy policy for how ads use data.
4. Changes
We may update, improve or rebalance the game, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
5. Liability
We work hard to keep pump running and working properly, but it's provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. This doesn't limit any liability that can't legally be limited.
6. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live elsewhere, you keep any consumer protections your local law gives you.
